About Ms. Torson Brown
A Virginia native, I obtained my Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth
University and Masters of Education from Virginia State University. As a Veteran School
Counselor, I have had the wonderfully unique opportunity to counsel diverse public
school student populations at all levels; elementary, middle and high. Always civicminded, I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Optimist International,
to name a few. Some of my hobbies are creative writing, going to museums/art
galleries and curling up with a delicious book! ☺ I also love spending quality time with
family and good friends.
I look forward to working with you and TOGETHER, I know we can create a successful
2025-2026 school year!! ☺
